I think it is. The British love to drink their tea and I love it. I can’t stand coffee but tea is a real pick-me-up, but not always. Sometimes it’s the tea that’s at fault: left to stew too long in the pot, or not long enough. Perhaps I put too much milk in the cup before putting in the tea, or too little, or after the tea. But sometimes you get all of that right and it still doesn’t taste good and I am convinced that it is related to the mood that you are in. If I am in a foul mood then a good cup of tea can help and tastes so much better. Perhaps it’s all those chemicals swimming around in both the tea and the water!
