For Christmas some friends of ours gave us some Stilton. However, this was no ordinary cheese, this was Colston Bassett Stilton from Neal’s Yard Dairy. It tastes wonderful but there is simply too much to eat so we have to find other uses for it, in this case making Broccoli and Stilton soup. Lots of it.
If you are coming to visit us any time soon expect soup to be the starter!
